At the end of 2016, Infusionsoft CEO Clate Mask wrote an article for Inc magazine about his predictions of what email marketing will look like in 2020.
His predictions about email marketing include that it will still be around, but sending the same identical messages to thousands of customers will be dead. Instead, the future is in sending more personalized and tailored messages using automation software.
Infusionsoft makes monthly product updates and published videos to inform customers about what’s changed.
On April 25–27, 2017 in Phoenix, AZ is an annual event called ICON. This event is organized by Infusionsoft and a diverse range of speakers are going to speak on an equally diverse range of topics.
